Alejandro Hornik, MD

Graduated from Universidad Austral school of medicine in Argentina. Completed neurology at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago after what completed a 2 year fellowship in critical care neurology and stroke at University of Chicago. Developed and directed the neuroscience department of a Southern Illinois Health system and the SIH Stroke Network for 10 years.

Ashley Hornik, NP

Bachelors in nursing from University of Alabama. Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati. 5 years of experience in neurocritical care and stroke. 8 years of dedicated experience in hospital neurology, neurocritical care and clinical neurological surgery.

Chelsey Davis, RDH, MBA

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. 9 years of experience in neuroscience patient care experience and practice management

Haley Smith, LPN

Graduated from the licensed practical nurse program at John A. Logan College. Currently enrolled in the accelerated bachelor’s in nursing program at SIU. Over 3 years of experience in neurosciences
